Copyright Agreement

1. Copyright Notice

All content, features, and functionality of the Velocify application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Velocify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

2. Trademark Rights

The Velocify name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Velocify or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Velocify.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Velocify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal devices for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

5. User Content

By submitting content to the App, you grant Velocify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any existing or future media.

6. Third-Party Content

The App may contain content from third parties. Such content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use such content without the permission of the respective copyright owners.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App and its features if you violate any of the terms of this Copyright Agreement.
